The free trial
Every paid plan starts with 3 free days. Nothing is held back during them: it is the full plan, not a preview of it.
Cancel before the 3 days are up and you are not charged at all. That is what the trial is for, and it is the point at which you decide.
We ask for a card up front so the subscription can start the moment the trial ends without you having to come back. It is not charged until then.
Refunds
Once a payment goes through, it is not refundable. There is no refund window on monthly plans and none on annual plans, and part-used time is not returned.
This is why the trial exists and why it is not a limited version of the product. You get the whole thing for 3 days before any money moves, so the decision is made before you pay rather than argued afterwards.
Cancelling
Cancel any time from your settings. There is no form to fill in, no reason to give and no call to sit through.
Cancelling stops the next charge. It does not end the period you have already paid for: your access, your courses and your progress stay until that period runs out.
Annual plans
An annual plan is a year bought up front, and the same rule applies: cancel during the trial and nothing is charged; cancel after it and the year runs to its end without renewing. Unused months are not refunded, so choose annual only if the year is the commitment you want.
Teams
Team and organisation plans are invoiced by agreement rather than bought through this site, and the terms of that agreement govern them. Seats removed mid-term are credited against the next invoice rather than refunded.
When something breaks
If a course fails to generate, it does not count against your allowance and you can build it again. If something else is broken, email us and we will fix it or find you a way through.
Where the law says otherwise
Some countries give consumers rights that a policy like this one cannot sign away. Where that is the case, those rights apply and this page does not reduce them.
